the change for bug 32333 has exposed a problem with the buildconf process for php. This is probably not a problem for other extensions but Ingres’s extension is located in a directory named ‘ingres_ii’ where as the extension is named ‘ingres’. This is causing a conflict on Unix/linux since it changed its name to ‘ingres’ for the fix. The only solution I can see is to rename the directory to ingres. Ingres II is a product name where as Ingres is generally associated with all versions of Ingres whether they were called Ingres, Ingres II, OpenIngres or Advantage Ingres.
