The next phase of the ingres.com website redesign has been launched. http://community.ingres.com/ is the community side of the ingres.com website that replaces opensource.ingres.com. A brief look at the forums appears to show that the posts from the old site have been migrated across. Also it is worth noting that Ingres is using its own software in this venture. The forums software is phpBB running on top of Ingres. I for one am happy we are drinking our own sparkling white stuff (DO Rueda). The plan is to release the changes to phpBB back to the phpBB project when they are ready.
In other news, me being slightly behind the times, Ice Breaker went GA (Generally Available) last week. The all in one database appliance is now available to download from ingres.com. See Google for more info/press/comment.
